Hi, I'm MAddy!
Maddy Wells is a SoCal native and California Realtor® with Real Broker, serving Whittier and the surrounding communities, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California at large.
Her path to real estate wasn't a straight line. Maddy was studying in an entirely different field in college when 2020 hit and the world stopped. In the years that have followed, she found her way to the industry, an idea first planted by one of her college professors, and never looked back.
At the core of her work is a simple belief: ownership builds legacies. Maddy is passionate about helping families and individuals build generational wealth through real estate, one that lasts well beyond a single transaction. With several years in the real estate space, including time working under top producers at respected local brokerages, she brings real experience to every deal.
She's also a Founding Member of Breezy, an AI platform built by and for real estate professionals, using it to work smarter and give her clients a cutting edge in a competitive market.
